The purpose of this email is not to cause alarm, but rather to keep you informed.
Recently, on three separate occasions, the association’s landscapers have come into contact with rattlesnakes on the property.
One was found on the outside perimeter on Monroe, one was found in the park area at Via La Serena/Palazo, and one was found on Cabo San Lucas.
On each occasion, the landscapers were able to contain and remove the snake from the property. However, please be aware and alert while working in your yards and walking your pets.
The Rules & Regulations require that all pets be kept on a leash while outside your property. If you abide by this rule, you will be able to better control your pet from following their instincts to burrow into bushes if they see movement.
While we are all aware that we live in the desert, and many dangerous animals share this home with us, it is easy to forget how close the danger can really be. Please share this information with guests and renters of your homes.
